Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Loosely Packed Pitted Dates
  • 1/2 cups Dried Apples
  • 1/2 cups Raw Cashews Or Almonds
  • 1/4 cups Whole Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Oat Bran
  • 2 Tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Zest

Directions

    Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process 1 to 2 minutes, scraping down the sides a couple of times.

    The mixture will first come apart and then become finer, finally holding together in a clump of dough that will roll around in the processor.

    When the ingredients are well incorporated into a dough, roll into a truffle sized balls of your choice or flatten evenly into a 5x7 Pyrex dish and slice.
