Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 2 c. seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 1 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • 6 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 c. soft butter
  • salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Roll into balls the size of walnuts.

    Freeze.

    Bake directly from freezer to oven. Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Let set for a couple of minutes if too soft.
