- 9 sweet green peppers
- 4 large onions
- 4 large carrots
- 3 pt. vinegar
- 4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. salt
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
Directions

1Chop cabbage, peppers, carrots and onions and add salt.

2Mix well and let stand 3 hours.

3Let drain 1 hour.

4Add remainder of ingredients; mix and let stand 1/2 hour.

5Put in jars and seal.
