- 1/3 c. salt
- 6 c. sugar
- 4 green bell peppers
- 2 medium cabbage heads
- 8 carrots
- 3 qt. vinegar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
Directions

1Grind all vegetables with food chopper.

2Add salt; let stand for 2 hours.

3Drain off liquid; let stand in colander until well drained.

4Mix vinegar, sugar and celery seed.

5Mix this with vegetables; pack in jars and seal.
