  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1/2 c. stuffed olives
  • 1/2 c. celery leaves
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. white vinegar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Break cauliflower into small flowerets.

    Add carrots, celery and olives.

    In blender, add rest of ingredients.

    Blend until celery leaves are finely chopped.

    Pour over vegetables.
