- 2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. chopped fresh basil
- 3 c. chopped Italian tomatoes
- 3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Toss pasta with olive oil and lemon juice; cool to room temperature.
