  • 2 cups raspberries, fresh and chilled
  • 1 12 cups Chambord raspberry liquor or 1 12 cups other raspberry liqueur
  • 8 (12 ounce) bottlesdark lager beer, chilled
  • fresh raspberry (to garnish) (optional)

Directions

    Freeze eight 16 oz beer glasses for at least 2 hours.

    In a large pitcher combine 2 cups raspberries and the Chambord.

    Muddle with a wooden spoon or muddler.

    Pour beer over raspberry mixture.

    Stir gently to combine.

    Serve in frosted glasses.

    If desired, thread additional raspberries onto small picks or skewers and place into drinks as a garnish.
