Real Key Lime Pie

  • 3 to 4 egg yolks
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. Key lime juice
  • 1 graham cracker crust or one regular already cooked pie crust

Directions

    Mix egg yolks with electric mixer.

    Add condensed milk, beat well.

    Slowly add lime juice with mixer on low.

    Pour into crust. Due to the raw egg scare, I now bake the pie at 350° for about 10 minutes.

    Serve with whipped cream on top!
