- 1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt or chicken bouillon cube
- 1 clove fresh garlic
Directions

1Heat oil and garlic on high.

2Stir in rice to coat with oil. Add water (it will sizzle).

3Cook on high to boil off water (about 8 to 10 minutes).

4Uncover and stir the liquid.

5It should be almost gone.

6Turn off heat and let stand.

7Serve with Spanish or Chinese recipes.
