Ingredients
- 2 Cups spelt flour
- 2 Cups oat flour
- 1 Cup whole wheat flour
- 3/4 Cup corn meal
- 3 tsp. yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 Cup hot water (135 degrees)
- 1/4 Cup honey
- 1/2 Cup plain yogurt
- 8 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Combine first six ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix briefly with dough hook if using a mixer; use wooden spoon if by hand.

2Gradually add the 3/4 cup hot water, the honey, yogurt, butter, and eggs.

3Mix well and place in an oiled bowl in a warm draft-free spot to rise for 45 minutes. Punch down, divide, form into two loaves and place in two oiled bread pans to rise for another 30-45 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 325 degrees.

4Bake for about 35 minutes. Cool in pans for 5-10 minutes, then tip onto wire racks to finish cooling.
