- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 whole Eggs
- 1-1/4 cup Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Directions

1Pour all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix.

2Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and then blend the milk in with the eggs.

3Then add the dry ingredients in with the eggs/milk.

4Stir the oil in the mix.

5Grease the pan only once for the first pancake. Because the mix is not that thick, the pancakes are really thin.

6Pour the mixture into the pan and start flipping.

7*For toppings, I use anything from a dusting of sugar to jam to using cut-up fruit to using a meat stir fry. Use whatever suits your fancy.
