Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 lbs. Ground Turkey
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 1 lg. can V-8 or Tomato Juice
  • 1 lg. Potato
  • 2 c. Cabbage
  • 1 lg. pkg. Frozen Vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp. Mixed Herbs*
  • Hot Water as needed
  • 1 can Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Garbanzo Beans

Directions

    Brown the meat and onions lightly.

    Add all vegetables and juices, cook until tender.

    Then add beans and herbs and heat. Use a large pot as it makes enough for 8-12 portions.

    *Rosemary, Thyme and Basil make good seasonings.
