- 1-1 1/2 lbs. Ground Turkey
- 2 Onions
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Green Pepper
- 2 Stalks Celery
- 1 lg. can V-8 or Tomato Juice
- 1 lg. Potato
- 2 c. Cabbage
- 1 lg. pkg. Frozen Vegetables
- 2 Tbsp. Mixed Herbs*
- Hot Water as needed
- 1 can Kidney Beans
- 1 can Garbanzo Beans
Directions

1Brown the meat and onions lightly.

2Add all vegetables and juices, cook until tender.

3Then add beans and herbs and heat. Use a large pot as it makes enough for 8-12 portions.

4*Rosemary, Thyme and Basil make good seasonings.
