- 230 grams Cooked Red Beans
- 1/2 whole Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Tahini
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Water

1Note: For this recipe, we used canned red beans.

2In a food processor, add cooked red beans, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, cumin, and salt and mix for about 1 minute until smooth. Add water if necessary, depending on the thickness.

3Transfer mixture to a prepared jar or another dish. Garnish with some red beans on top.
