- 2 cans red beans
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. bell pepper
- 1 lb. smoked sausage
- 1 bay leaf
- dash of cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cans tomatoes
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute onion, celery and bell pepper in butter.

2Remove from skillet.

3Cut sausage in 1/4-inch rounds and brown on both sides.

4Return sauteed vegetables to pan.

5Add beans, tomatoes and all other ingredients.

6Simmer about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

7Serve over hot fluffy rice.
