- 1 onion
- 2 apples, chopped
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- sugar or honey to taste
Directions

1Saute onion chopped in margarine.

2Add chopped cabbage and stir and saute for 5 minutes.

3Add chopped apples and vinegar. Add sugar or honey to taste.

4Cover and cook slowly, stirring once in a while for 45 minutes or 1 hour.

5Salt, if desired.
