- 1 medium sized red cabbage (4 c. shredded)
- 2 medium sized apples, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat oil over medium-high heat; add cabbage, apples and water and cook until tender.

2Add sugar to flour; moisten with vinegar to form a smooth paste.

3Add to the cabbage and cook a few minutes until thickened slightly.
