- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
Directions

1Slice red cabbage thinly.

2Put in medium pot add rest of ingredients except butter.

3Cover and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.

4At the end when is done add butter.

5Can be eaten hot or cold.
