  • 1 head red cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp wondra
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp beef boullion
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sugar

    Saute onion

    Slice red cabbage very fine, shredded, using mandalin.

    Rinse.

    Add cabbage to onions, layering chopped apple and bay leaves.

    Steam for a few minutes.

    Add 3 cups water and beef boullion

    Bring to a boil, then simmer on med lo for 2 hours.

    Add vinegar and wondra to thicken.
