- 1 head red cabbage
- 1 onion
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 apple
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp wondra
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp beef boullion
- 3 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
Directions

1Saute onion

2Slice red cabbage very fine, shredded, using mandalin.

3Rinse.

4Add cabbage to onions, layering chopped apple and bay leaves.

5Steam for a few minutes.

6Add 3 cups water and beef boullion

7Bring to a boil, then simmer on med lo for 2 hours.

8Add vinegar and wondra to thicken.
