  • 2 Bartlett pears
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

    Cook cabbage and onion in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet or Dutch oven over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, 30 minutes.
