Ingredients

  • 2 lbs (.9 kg). ground beef
  • 1-1/2 cups (350 ml) Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned stuffing mix (not cornbread)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml). Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

    Line large baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam.

    Shape into two firm loaves.

    Bake for one hour or until done.
