- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion, grated
- 3 dashes onion, garlic and celery salt
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 8 Tbsp. cooking sherry
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 1 large jar dried beef, chopped
Directions

1Mix with electric beater in a large bowl the cheeses, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, onion, Accent and salts until thoroughly blended.

2Shape into ball; wrap in foil.

3Refrigerate overnight. Shape ball with hands, then roll in dried beef.

4Serve with crackers or party rye.
