  • 6 red chiles (dry)
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 8 oz. cheese
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 10 corn tortillas
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Boil red dry chiles for 2 minutes.

    In blender combine your chiles, salt and garlic with 1 1/2 cups water.

    Blend for 5 minutes.

    Deep fry tortillas in oil.

    Dip into red chile sauce.
