- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. red chile powder
- chile piquin to taste, approximately 1 Tbsp.
- salt to taste
- 5 to 6 c. water
Directions

1Brown meat in olive oil in a hot skillet.

2Then add flour, garlic, chile powder and chile piquin and salt.

3Mix all ingredients well with meat and oil but be careful not to let it burn.

4Then add water to desired consistency.

5Simmer 30 minutes, stirring often.
