- 1 lb. red chile pods
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tsp. cuminos
- 3 Tbsp. white flour
- 1 tsp. cuminos
Directions

1Brown meat well.

2Boil chile pods.

3Blend well in blender.

4Add garlic, bay leaves and 2 teaspoons cuminos to chile in blender. Fry meat with 1 teaspoon cuminos.

5Add white flour; brown until tender.

6Add chile, then oregano and salt.

7Boil and simmer for 30 minutes, until well done.
