  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sour milk
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. hot water

    At very last, add hot water all at once.
