- 1 c. beets, cooked and chopped
- 3 c. cooked potatoes (add salt and pepper)
- 1 1/2 c. cooked corned beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Fry pork until crisp.

2Remove pieces and retain as a garnish. Combine beets, potatoes, salt, pepper, corned beef, onions and milk.

3Spread mixture in skillet in which pork was fried.

4Brown slowly, then turn and brown on other side.

5Serve with pork on top.
