  • 2 to 3 lb. chopped meat
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • dash of salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 16 oz. any spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Make into a mold except the sauce. Cover mold with any spaghetti sauce.

    Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sugar over sauce to remove acid.

    Cover at 350° for 1 hour.

    Uncover at 350° for 1 hour.

    Baste.
