  • 2 large oranges
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 (1 lb.) can tiny beets
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • fresh ground pepper
