- 1 pt. vinegar
- 1 1/2 lb. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Chop peppers fine; sprinkle with salt.

2Let stand 3 or 4 hours.

3Rinse well, then cover with sugar and vinegar.

4Boil slowly until thick, stirring often to prevent sticking.

5Pour into hot jars; seal.
