- 6 red peppers
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 red chilies
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- 4 ounces caster sugar
Directions

1Grill, skin, de-seed and slice the peppers.

2De-seed the chillies.

3Add all the ingredients to the pan with the tomato puree and sugar.

4Stir well.

5Simmer for 20-25 minutes until jammy.

6Leave to cool before putting into sterilised jars.
