- 4 red, yellow or orange peppers
- 1 large onion
- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes (canned)
- 1 lb. pasta
Directions

1Saute chopped peppers and onion in a bit of oil, preferably olive oil.

2Add canned tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes until peppers are soft.

3Puree at least half of the sauce and add back to remaining sauce.

4Serve over cooked pasta.
