  • 1/2 pounds Pasta
  • 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Diced
  • 1/2 cups Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 Tablespoons Salt
  • 1/4 Tablespoons Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Tablespoons Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 Tablespoons Dried Basil
  • 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced

Directions

    Bring a pot of water to a boil to cook pasta.

    Cook until al dente, drain and set aside.

    In a food processor, add bell pepper, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, dried oregano and dried basil.

    Pulse a few times to combined almost fully, then add in lime juice.

    Pulse one or two final times then add sauce to pasta.

    Toss to coat and enjoy!
