  • 50 grams cauliflower florets
  • 50 grams beans
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 25 grams mustard seeds
  • 300 ml malt vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chile powder
  • 75 grams sugar
