- 2 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 (16 oz.) chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Cook onion in margarine in a pot over medium heat for 5 minutes.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Cook over low heat 10 minutes; stir often.

5Pour rice into a casserole.

6Cover and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.

7Stir every 20 minutes.
