- 2 c. raw rice
- 6 c. boiling water
- 3 tsp. salt
- 6 slices bacon
- 2 onions, chopped fine
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Cook rice in boiling salted water.

2Cook onions, tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and pepper sauce for 10 minutes on low heat.

3Mix with rice.

4Place in casserole.

5Cook bacon until crisp; sprinkle on top.

6Bake at 325° for 45 minutes or until rice absorbs all liquid.
