- 1 pound Bulk Pork Sausage
- 2 whole Onions, Diced
- 3 stalks Celery, Diced
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Diced
- 1- 1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
Directions

1Cook rice in water until tender, about 45 minutes.

2Meanwhile, brown the sausage.

3When its about halfway done, add the onions, celery and peppers.

4Cook until sausage is brown and veggies are softened.

5Stir in the cooked rice, tomato sauce, and salt.
