  • 3 cups chicken broth

  • 12 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups rice

Directions

    In a saucepan bring tomatoes and their juices, chicken broth( if using a can of chicken broth you won't have the entire 3 cups so just sub.
