  • 9-inch pie shell
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can red salmon
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Combine salmon, pepper, onion, flour and cheese; mix.

    In separate bowl, beat eggs and milk.

    Put salmon mixture in unbaked pie shell.

    Pour egg and milk over the salmon mixture.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until you can insert knife and it comes out clean.

    Let stand 10 minutes, then serve.
