- 9-inch pie shell
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can red salmon
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Combine salmon, pepper, onion, flour and cheese; mix.

2In separate bowl, beat eggs and milk.

3Put salmon mixture in unbaked pie shell.

4Pour egg and milk over the salmon mixture.

5Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until you can insert knife and it comes out clean.

6Let stand 10 minutes, then serve.
