- 2 lb. red snapper steaks or other fish steaks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 c. melted fat or oil
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- dash of liquid hot pepper sauce
- paprika
Directions

1Thaw frozen steaks.

2Cut into serving size portions and place in well-greased, hinged wire grill.

3Combine remaining ingredients except paprika.

4Baste fish with sauce and sprinkle with paprika. Cook about 4 inches from moderately hot coals for 8 minutes.

6Turn and cook for 7 to 10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serves 6.
