- 1/2 lb butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 oz red food coloring
- 2 1/2 cup cake flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 each butter
- 1 cup melted marshmallows
- 1 box confectioner's sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans

1Preheat oven 350

2Cream sugar & butter, beat until fluffy, add eggs, mix cocoa & food coloring, then add sugar mixture; mix well add flour & salt mixture wit buttermilk, blend in vanilla

3small bowl, combine baking soda & vinegar then add 2 the mixture, pour batter into 3 round greasedn& floured pans.

4Bake for 20-25 mins, or until tooth pick center comes out clean.

5Removenfrom heat & cool completely before frosting

6Blend Cream cheese & butter; add marshmallows& sugar then blend, fold in coconut & pecans.

7Spread between layers & on top & sides of cooled cake
