- 1/3 c. Mazola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 sq. Baker's chocolate
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 275°.

2Melt bakers chocolate in the water. Combine sugar, Mazola and egg.

3Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.

4Combine liquid, dry and chocolate mixtures.

5Bake for 1 hour.

6In a double boiler, melt chocolate bits and butter.

7Spread over cake.
