  • 1 pkg. (10.75 oz.) frozen reduced fat pound cake, thawed, cut into 12 slices
  • 1-1/2 cups cold fat-free milk
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
  • 1 cup each sliced strawberries and blueberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

Directions

    Place 1 cake slice on each of 12 dessert plates.

    Pour milk into large bowl.

    Add dry pudding mix.

    Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended.

    Gently stir in half of the whipped topping.

    Spoon 1/4 cup of the pudding mixture over each cake slice; top with about 1 Tbsp.

    each of the strawberries and blueberries.

    Garnish each dessert with 2 Tbsp.
