  • 1 tablespoon VEGEMITE
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds

Directions

    Place steaks in a single layer in a dish.

    Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over steaks.

    Marinate 2-3 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning steaks occasionally.
