  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. Butter Buds (or other butter flavored all natural dairy sprinkles)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh onion
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • vegetable cooking spray such as Pam
