Reduced Fat Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
- 6 oz. spaghetti, well cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. egg substitute
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lb. lean ground turkey (95% fat free)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 c. chopped tomato
- 1 (8 oz.) can no salt added tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1In bowl, combine spaghetti, egg substitute and Parmesan cheese. Spoon into lightly greased 9-inch pie pan.

2Press against sides and bottom to form crust.

3In nonstick skillet, brown turkey, stirring to break up meat.

4Add onions and seasonings.

5Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until onion is tender.

6Stir in tomato and tomato sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.

7Spread over spaghetti crust.

8Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

9Top with Mozzarella cheese.

10Bake for 5 more minutes. Makes 6 servings. 236 calories; 122 mg. sodium; 7 grams fat per serving.
