Refreshing Indian Lassi

- 200 grams 1 to 2 fruits of your choice (see Hints)
- 200 ml Yogurt
- 100 ml Milk or water
- 3 to 4 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 Ice
Directions

1Prepare all the ingredients.

2If you are using mango, like I am here, remove the stone and cut into bite-sized pieces.

3Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 2 minutes.

4The sweetness of fruit varies, so if it isn't sweet enough, add some sugar.

5Pour in glasses over ice, and it's done.

6You can keep the lassi in the refrigerator for a day or so.

7If you have some mint leaves use as garnish to make it look nicer.

8If you get some not so good mangoes, turn it into a puree as follows and make the lassi from that.

9Puree the mango in a food processor until smooth.

10Add 2 tablespoons of sugar.

11Put the puree in a small pan and bring to a boil.

12Simmer over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes, taking care not to let it burn on the bottom.

13Cool before using in Step 2.
