  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

  • 6 large eggs, room temperature
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 tbl spoons grated lemon zest, approx. 4-6 lemons
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup flour
  • Confectioner sugar for finishing
