- 1 fresh Lime 2 teaspoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves Or Mint
- 1 or 2 Tablespoons Light Rum
- Dash Or Cayenne Pepper (Optional)

1Remove Rind and seeds from the watermelon cut melon into 1-inch pieces.

2Into a bowl finely grate zest from lime and squeeze enough juice to measure

4Add watermelon, cilantro, and rum and toss to combine. Chill watermelon salad 15 minutes.
