  • 2 Pound Piece Of Watermelon (Preferably Seedless)and Chilled.
  • 1 fresh Lime 2 teaspoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves Or Mint
  • 1 or 2 Tablespoons Light Rum
  • Dash Or Cayenne Pepper (Optional)

    Remove Rind and seeds from the watermelon cut melon into 1-inch pieces.

    Into a bowl finely grate zest from lime and squeeze enough juice to measure

    Add watermelon, cilantro, and rum and toss to combine. Chill watermelon salad 15 minutes.
