- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 (14 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (5 ounce) can corn
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Directions

1Heat oil.

2Add onion and green pepper.

3Cook until tender.

4Add garlic, broth, salsa and corn.

5Raise heat to medium high and bring to a boil.

6Rinse beans and add to the pot.

7Bring back to a boil.

8Stir in refried beans and cumin.

9Stir well and simmer.
