Refrigerated Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 small to medium cabbage
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 tomato
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Shred or slice cabbage (thin); chop up onion and green pepper. Add vinegar and sugar.

2Stir well and place in refrigerator overnight.

3Chop up tomato and add and stir.

4Taste to see if you need to add salt.

5Add a dash or two of coarse black pepper.

6I also add 2 teaspoons mustard seed.

7It gives it a great taste. Put slaw in a container that will seal.

8Turn upside down in refrigerator.

9Pour off liquid before serving.

10If needed add more sugar and vinegar.
